Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin/Office Manager to join our team. This role is key in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and proactive, with strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills. As the Admin/Office Manager, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks and play a crucial role in supporting both our clients and our team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
– Coordinate and manage customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
– Prepare quotes and invoices, handle billing, and ensure timely payments.
– Oversee records and files, ensuring all client and business documentation is well-organized and up-to-date.
– Assist in coordinating marketing activities, including social media and email campaigns.
– Support the management team in day-to-day tasks and special projects.
– Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all clients receive professional and prompt assistance.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in an administrative or office management role is preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with scheduling or invoicing software.
– Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
